Mike Yozell and Joe Pigga went all-in on this race, earning a clear win. Will Walton did return, but Tom Repkoe kept him very close. Will did pad his lead, but only by three points.
The real race was between Jeff Johnson, Andrew Dudle, Sean Smith, and Ryan Smolko. It’s nearly impossible to do the math out there in the dark to get 5th. These riders were all within a few places of each other, and as you’ll see in Race 2, 5th get’s very close.
18th place, #9 Liam McCary (Jen or Jeff can pick it up) won the Montgomerville Cyclery growler of Funk Brewing beer.
